Fiehrer Motors is awesome and I love the free oil changes
We went there with cash in hand to buy a GMC Terrain on 1/30/2017. We arrived at 7 pm (they close at 8) & they weren't busy. Not one sales person said hello, have you been helped, or even acknowledged that we were in the building. After 15 minutes of being ignored we left. Sorry Fiehrer but Northgate Ford got my money today. Anyone reading this that goes to Northgate Ford needs to see Andre Singleton.
While we were there everything seemed great. Clean, professional, understanding with kids. We were a hard case and they got the deal done. Here's my problem. I told Chuck we wanted our app sent to only 1 bank because we have been working hard on our credit and had spoke to one bank we had history with before we came and just needed underwriting to approve and we were very confident. He ignored this request and the finance person sent it to 6 banks which dropped his score 60 points. Very upsetting. It's not only about a paych... read more
I am a first time buyer at Fiehrer GMC. I bought my vehicle from Tom Fiehrer and he was excellent to work with. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I continued to be impressed with all the employees. I was also greeted by Dan Fiehrer and they both took the time to make sure I was familiar with my truck before I left. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy during the process and will definitely recommend them to all of my friends. Thanks to Tom and Dan for a great buying experience!!

As a first time buyer from Fiehrer Motors, all I can say is that it was true professionalism from the moment you walk in and are greeted at the front desk till the moment you leave with the keys to your new vehicle. Tom, Dan, Ray, and Chuck are the kind of owners and staff that anyone would want to deal with. They made that "dreaded" purchasing experience a great experience. I would definitely recommend visiting Fiehrer Motors to anyone when they're looking for a new or used vehicle.
Good results every time. A bit pricey but it's a dealer, right?
