Recently purchased a GMC Acadia from another dealership because they couldn’t match the price nor could come close. That is fine and their choice. Since I lived closer I called them to see if they would match the price for maintenance from another GMC dealership. They said no and while I told them it was another GMC dealership they said they understood and really came off as they didn’t want my business. They had no reasoning why the price was more nor offered an explanation. Needless to say I won’t be taking my GMC to them ... read more
I’ll never send my truck or anyone I know here again took it in for transmission issues they tell me nothings wrong needless to say the following week I took it to another dealership and they found the issue and rebuilt the transmission and they wouldn’t refund my money back for doing nothing!!
