My grandpa was there and he waited they new that he was waiting and they rushed it, so my cigarette lighter was not plugged in at all, and i cannot charge my phone at all.
They do not stand behind their work or admit to their mistakes.
My husband and I worked with Chuck today when my husband purchased his new vehicle. I have never had better customer service when purchasing a vehicle then we did today! We had our two young boys with us, he was so accommodating to us and our children which is hard to come by anymore! It was such a quick and painless process. My sales person was really great, He took his time with me and explained all the features of my Buick Encore.The car was clean and shiny and they made sure everything was as it should be before I picked the car up. Every body at Fiehrer Motors was a pleasure to talk to and all very helpful. What I also thought was really nice is my salesman called a couple days later to see how everything was going and if there was any issue. What great people and great car dealership. Excellent

I wasn't sure if I would ever own a car like a Buick. They were always the cars my parents had. How times have changed! I absolutely love my Encore. I received excellent service and attention to my needs.
Everyone at the dealer was so friendly and helpful! I really feel like I got a good deal, without the haggle and stress. Kenny was knowledgeable about the product, which was fantastic and I was quite impressed that Mr. Fiehrer introduced himself and personally thanked me for my business.
