How do you try to sell cars with mechanical problems.. you think I can’t read a dashboard. also you can keep those 200$ to hold a car.. you’ll probably need them more then me.. since you said they were supposedly refundable anyways I got the car that you had shown me in another dealer in Plano 2010 fully loaded & it was worth it!

Horrible place, the sales guy said the owner will work with us because we were white and the owner liked white people. Really. The place is dirty and smells. And they ripped my son off for the down payment because the motor seized up the day after he bought it. No oil left in it and the coolant was empty. Now how does it just disappear in a day.
When you go there to purchase a 2005 Ford Explorer, but they convince you to buy a 2006 Ford Explorer, and you take their word that the vehicle is fine; the owner tells you nothing is wrong with it, then after you leave the dealership, your vehicle catches on fire, they threaten you with the cops, file an insurable claim against you while you're still thanking God you're still alive and your family is not with you. Buyer Beware! Foreigner named Zaad, sends text when you don't buy from him, with "Fuck You"," You Waste My Time" and "Your a Son of a Bitch". Maybe he owns the place to get away with that attitude. I walked away with my Cashiers Check. Company is BBB rated D. I'm sure this review will get removed.
Very poor customer service after point of sale. Refuses to provide any information in regards to title. Unable to register vehicle.
