We’ve had a very frustrating experience renting through Fidelity Property Management. We’re paying $1800 per month for a property that has had multiple ongoing issues, including a downstairs bathroom that has been unusable for an extended period due to drainage problems. After over a week and a half of waiting, their own maintenance technician showed up and confirmed he had no information on what was being done to fix it.
