We’ve had a very frustrating experience renting through Fidelity Property Management. We’re paying $1800 per month for a property that has had multiple ongoing issues, including a downstairs bathroom that has been unusable for an extended period due to drainage problems. After over a week and a half of waiting, their own maintenance technician showed up and confirmed he had no information on what was being done to fix it. Maintenance team is great and is always ready to help and response to requests. My experience with Madison has been subpar, just spoke to her today about property damage being done by the grounds keeping company they hire. And instead of taking my complaint she was to busy playing a victim due to me being upset about damages done to my car, and property and asking her to remove them from entering the property. Renting a property and have had a broken microwave for 6+ months and they won’t fix it. Just get “we’re waiting for a part.” Absolute joke of a property mgmt group.
