It truly amazes me how arrogant and self righteous these people are. There is nothing professional about them. I called them cause I was recommended by a friend too see if they would want to take my case. I was told (Fon Laughlin) would call me back. I said great and awaited her call. A few days later when she called (Today) Right off the bat she said, " I only have five minutes to talk, You'll have to sell me on the case with in that time frame in order for me to decide if I want the case or not".
