Long wait, food was cold. Waste of 2 hours.
Last night we asked once about sitting outside with dogs and the host said it would be about 30 minutes because they didn't have a server for outside. so I said fine and we'll be back. so we walked around river street and came back and asked for a table outside. the same host said we aren't sitting people outside tonight due to the weather and wind as the food would be cold by the time the server reached us. 2 different excuses. the weather was not bad enough not to provide service to outside diners as other restaurants were... read more
we arrived at 12pm to an empty restaurant. server never came back to our table. we waited over an hour for a kids burger and chicken finger. kitchen staff was more attentive. the host as well as the guy who brought out our food were very polite. the server was rude when we asked for our checks after trying to flag her down for 10mins she finally brought them and tossed a pen at us as she left.

Horrible customer service and food. We thought that since they weren’t busy, it was a good place to stop for lunch. There’s a reason they weren’t busy on a Sunday afternoon. We had to wait 15 minutes for a server to even come to our table. Took another 15 minutes for our drinks to be brought, couldn’t get refills unless we flagged the server down. worst service and food i realize it was only the second day being open but if your not ready to open dont . I got the low country boil that tasted like it was microwaved then received te wrong bill and because they kept trying to rerun my card the card had a hold put on from the bank so apparently I paid for my family's meal and someone else's meal also. we waited forever for subpar food with it only being 50% capicity it should have been better
