High quality products, great staff and yummy smoothies. Highly recommend.
The smoothies are good but the wait time can be long even if the store isn’t busy. The last time I went in I got a smoothie but there were no straws. When I asked the cashier why (I always think in these cases, go to the dollar store and get some!) she said she didn’t know but there’s a hole in the cup so why can’t I use that. Yes, there’s a hole but it’s small…like what you’d get in a coffee cup …it’s not easy to drink a thick smoothie out of a tiny hole and I didn’t need the condescending answer. Likely won’t return.
I go to the Bruce St. Fiddleheads often and find the staff very helpful and friendly. It is my favourite location to go to. Best smoothies and the place is so clean, bright and methodical. Friendlly staff is for sure #1 criteria to me.
When I quit smoking and made major lifestyle changes, Fiddleheads was a great place to explore supplements and try new things. I went back a many times. The older employee there seemed to enjoy being rude. Other than that it was a good experience.
I always look forward to my shopping experience at the Bruce Street store. The store is clean, well organized and carries so many good products. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
