I found the personnel friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and while offering a range of options were not at all pushing their services.
We had an emergency situation with a stain on a customer’s sofa. Fiberseal responded within minutes of my phone call and was able to get out to the home and provide service the same day. The technician was knowledgeable, protected the area, and then cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Fiberseal and use them again!
I would highly recommend Fiber Seal. I have used them several times for my furniture. I had them protect my couch and they did a beautiful job! The technicians are helpful and knowledgeable. I recently had a spill of olive oil on one of my good upholstered chairs. Duke came out and treated it and the stain is gone! I give this company 5 stars!!!!
I worked with Janet (sales) to come get old carpets cleaned and new furniture and carpets treated to resist spots. Janet was very professional and timely with quotes and then scheduling the work. Duke and Rick came to do the work and they were THE BEST!!! Old spots all gone...carpets look new again!!! I LOVE Fiber Seal!!! May be a bit more expensive, but worth every penny...they truly know what they are doing!!!
