no longer can get Fiat served there. I have two Fiats and not even National city wont do a recall repair. Do I really have to go all the way to Temecula for warranty repairs and recalls?

I bought my Fiat Pop here 5 years ago, and even though I have moved all over San Diego County since that time, I will always bring my Fiat to this location to be serviced. The staff (including Joel Golliday) is friendly and helpful - not at all pushy or underhanded. They care more about customer service and quality of care than upselling or commissions. I would (and often do) highly recommend this Fiat Dealership to anyone looking to purchase or service their Fiat :)
Great service, I needed an oil change. I was there early at 8AM on a Saturday and they guaranteed 45mins. I was in and out, which was perfect.
I took my Fiat in for routine maintenance, I was greeted by Joel Golliday upon arrival. He explained the process to me and I went back to work via their courtesy shuttle, so convenient! Upon taking the shuttle back after work, Joel informed me that they took care of a warranty problem while my vehicle was there for service. So convenient! I can't speak enough about how helpful Joel was, I will certainly be returning for any of my service needs!

Lisa greeted me cheerfully -- and my car was serviced promptly. I was out in less than an hour. Thank you Lisa Blair. This will be my service location from now on!
Excellent service. Even though I did not have an advanced reservation for service, Lisa Blair was able to listen to what I had to say about what was going on (Check Engine Light) and had it checked out quickly. When I confirmed that I had replacement spark plugs all ready to go, there was no argument or admonishment. Very pleased with my visit today!
