Just wanted to take a moment on the parts Dept and helping with Our Fiat. As a shop requiring to call and depend on parts desks for there help! Effective efficient and got the parts to me right away thank you!

I pull up to service drop off, no one there for five minutes. So I go inside, ignored by everyone. Finally an obviously annoyed lady addresses me. I’m told it’ll take two weeks to diagnose a dead usb port. So I ask if I can schedule an appointment for two weeks out. She rudely explains they need it for two weeks to diagnose regardless of when I drop it off. I'll try and Leave a better review later, but I've Recently Bought a 2017 124 Spider awith a Paint Protection plan, So we'll See if They Honor What They Promised and Sold Me...Or Ripped Me A New One For... I was Able to get them To go down more then Half of what they wanted for the Plan... But I'm sure We All feel that Jack@ss feeling after Leaving the Dealership... No Pun Inten!!!!!
