Was totally hyped about getting a new car but these comments have definitely deterred me. I've already had a bad sales and service experience with BMW... the search continues.
Worst. Service. Ever. After 2 weeks, my Fiat is still in the shop. Can't fix it or won't fix it. And anytime I call, 30 min hold times. Last time I take my car here.
