Called to talk to the internet sales rep, the operator sent my call to an ex employee’s cell phone. He laughed and told me go somewhere else. I call the dealership back asking for them to send my credit union a buyers order I was pre approved and they told me they can’t. I asked how much is the truck is there add ins and she told me she couldn’t help me anymore and hung up.
Wished I had read the reviews before I made the 3 hour trip round trip to make the deal on this truck after I received a drive out price from the internet manager. I did not get to see the person I had been dealing with and the person I dealt with gave me different numbers even after reviewing the notes from the internet manger's emails with me. Good dealership and good follow up but we did not like the vehicle since it did not have the features that we were looking for!
Don’t waste your time going to this dealership. The other bad reviews are completely true as I just had the same experience. Contacted them online and was given an out the door price. Wasted 2 hours of my life going to the dealership ready to finalize the sale. The price they gave me online meant nothing to them... it’s just a SCAM to get unsuspecting people through the door. I honestly don’t know how they can get away with this.

Didn't get the right APR but my credit score and mileage was not correct vehicle accident at 17,000 miles on it
They did reply to my request in a timely manner.
They waisted my time . I was lied about a price they told me about, got there and they wanted to tag on an extra 4k plus ttl.
My wife and I drove across town to look at a new 2020 Ram Longhorn that was very reasonably prices online. When we got their, it took our sales guy 15-20 minutes just to get the key.. the price was way higher than it was online and it had a few hundred miles on it that weren't shown online. We looked at a different one that was reasonable online as well, already had over 5,000 miles and the price was also way higher than it showed online.
