Place is a joke they sold the vehicle I was scheduled to test drive 2 weeks before and then tried to sell me a vehicle with twice as many miles for the same price. Save you some time and don’t go to these con artists.

Dealership was quick to respond. Due to my work environment being noisy, I missed a couple of calls. But they did respond in a timely fashion.

before coming in for car, sales manager Daniel confirmed bank draft available there. They matched my price and Jeremy the sales associated assigned to my son is terrific. Very honest and straight forward. I would recommend Clear Lake Dodge to all and I will recommend to family and friends.

Trying to pressure into the purchase of a vehicle by claiming another customer wanted the same car. Did not accept reasonable offer and a week later listed the vehicle for lower than my offer.

I asked a few questions about a particular Ram 1500 LONESTAR. I wanted to know the "Out the door price" and they would not tell me. They just told me to come down and take a test drive. I again emailed them for the final out the door price with no answer. I wanted to do everything online but they were not very receptive. oh well... next!!

Please read the feedback for this dealership and believe them. They will do anything to get you to the dealership. Talked to sales person twice, once I drove an hour to look at vehicle, that one was sold! The salesperson I had spoken with, they could not find her when I arrived. I told them this was the feedback on Carguru, the sales manger said sorry and I will tell her not to do that again.... Save yourself frustration and disappointment, do not use this dealership.

I was contacted, requested videos and more pictures of the truck because I am in Michigan and the truck is in Texas, they were agreed to, but never delivered.,I tried to reach my sales person on a Saturday like we agreed on through text, didn't have any luck, to show that I was serious, I filled out and got financing approved through their dealership, still no follow up from them, so I decided to look elsewhere..
