This is a great place to shop for a new car. The entire staff is friendly and they all show a great level of customer service. I went with my friend car shopping while in town and I decided to get my oil changed here before I left. I was offered a cold bottle of water while I waited. The waiting area was nice and clean.
I had brought my car in for some repair service work. I had a great experience with the service repair at Midway Dodge. This is one of the best dealerships around Chicago. They have a huge selection of new and used vehicles and a great location. You can even look at the vehicles on their website or search for what you're looking for which is super convenient. Personally, I like going in person but it's nice to have the option of looking at their selection before you go in person. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!! I was buying a 2012 Cadillac CTS-V from this dealership. I live about 3 hours from the dealership and started the process over the phone. After waiting days for them to get back to me and me trying to talk to the loan department myself i got an approved loan from the bank and put a deposit on the car! I recently purchased a new car from Auto Nation. It was probably one of the best experiences I have had in buying a new car. The salesman Jesse Bradway, was extremely knowledgeable, and got me a "SWEET" deal. A excellent warranty! The financing department was excellent and I had less then perfect credit.
