Ideal car dealership. i walked in, no pushy or stuffy sales guys. Just straight talk. named my budget and car needs. 20 mins i had a choice between 3 sedans. good service run by good people
I had an accident and my old truck was totaled. Went to AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe and was greeted with great customer service. I had bough my other dodge at this location and I will not go anywhere else because of the service at this location. Alex, the sales person who helped me with this purchase was great.Everyone was great. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new Dodge.
We took our daughter to buy a car at AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe and it was the best experience we have ever had. Alex is absolutely wonderful. He listened to what we as parents wanted (safety of course) and what our daughter wanted. He never wasted our time showing us stuff we didn't want to see. I've bring my Jeep for a warranty service since the cylinder head needs to be replaced three times. I brought the car and have told the service advisor what the problem was the first time that i brought the car there and they just reset the computer and the check engine light came on again next day that i took the car. Then i brought the car there the second time and they have said that i was right and now they need to order the part. Now the part arrived and the car is still there and its not ready yet. I got myself a 2014 Charger from this dealership. I'd been looking around for a place that would give me a good rate on a Charger. I've heard horror stories in the past about dealers who were all out for the sale and weren't very personable. I truly wish I had read these reviews previous to going in this particular dealership. I went in to find a vehicle that would be a good fit for my family. I was told that a specific vehicle was JUST marked down $3,000 and was in excellent condition. I bought the vehicle without taking it in to have it inspected (HUGE mistake, I know..) because today when I had it checked out, my mechanic of 30+years stated that the vehicle needed over $2,500 worth of work. From sales to services Hendrick Dodge, has been the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The sales team with try every trick in the book to confuse you about what you are paying. I knew what to look for before I went in to buy, but I can't imagine how many uneducated buyers they take advantage of.
