UPDATE AGAIN- Proceed with extreme caution!!! I can’t stress that enough. All of my concerns w/ this vehicle have been justified after bringing my Jeep into another dealership, they provided me a printout of all the codes that Northtown cleared from my vehicle. There are even active codes for my Uconnect/radio which they “fixed” but didn’t. The pulley they changed had codes, and more from the get go stored. I had an amazing experience and got to get everything I wanted when financing a car for the first time! Vincent really helped me out, he was great to talk to, was very funny and easy to talk to. He helped me hit every mark when making sure I got a good reliable vehicle. On top of that the used car I ended up getting was very well taken care of of and super clean when I picked it up. Over all I will be going back because of the amazing service!
I came in last week to lease a brand new Jeep and worked with Mary Sullivan and had a great sales experience with her. The entire process was about 3.5-4 hours and I left with a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and am loving it! Mary was able to work with me to get me a payment I was comfortable with. The other sales staff was friendly and helpful. Leased a brand new Jeep Compass from Greg last week and he was awesome! The entire experience was low-pressure and he worked hard to get me the payments I wanted. Ask for Greg!
Austin was a great help on getting me the car I came in for. I really appreciated how quick and easy the experience was and I left with the car I wanted same day with no problems at all!
