I've been battling with whether I should post this or not. I feel I am going to have to go back for service at some point in time but I was not satisfied with my appointment and outcome. One of the issues I had was that the rear heat in my Durango was not working. Service advisor said that the system is a passive system so heat would still come out from the front. It is wrong.
