Don't waste your time nor money here! I took my vehicle to them 4 times within 3 months to resolve an oil leak and they were not able to resolve the issue. Go to West Herr instead.
My 2023 RAM 1500 4WD stopped working 300 miles before my warranty was due to expire. I purchased the truck from an out of town dealer, but that did not matter to Northtown. After reading other reviewer's comments, I made an appointment with David Fruscione. With the assistance of Stellantis, the problem was diagnosed, part ordered and installed.
