I came in to test drive a 2017 Ram Rebel, and I worked with Aaron over the phone and the day of the test drive. Prior to seeing the truck, he was very responsive and flexible to work me into his schedule. When I came in to test drive the truck, he led the appointment by getting into financing right away before I had even touched the truck. The extent of questions he asked me was what my name was and why I want a truck, he didn't bother to ask how I was going to pay for it. Bergstrom was great and my exstendant warranty wasn’t so but got a new radiator and a awesome Ram truck to drive for awhile was messing with people saying how you like my new truck so thanks but warranty didn’t cover my compressor they had to replace 1800 owch for me but Issac tried for me and so do I so for advice when you buy exstendant warranty check that the big things are covered that you know about a vehicle thanks Jeff Mahon grateful to Bergstrom and while always come to kaukauna s Bergstrom.
