We recently bought a car through Bergstrom Jeep with Justin as our sales advisor. Justin knew what we were looking for and showed us multiple cars that fit the description. We just bought a Jeep at this dealership. The day we picked it up we had an appointment scheduled for 2:00. We didn’t need financing, it should have been quick and easy. We told our salesperson we had another appointment at 4.. Should have been an easy transaction. There were 4 men in the office chatting and at least 4 other sales people standing around. Got a brand new Ram truck here. Drew did an awesome job he's the main reason for the 5 stars. There were a few little things but he made sure everything went smooth and that they kept their word on every part on my sale. Would buy another vehicle from him definitely. Zach and Kevin were very helpful even when I couldn't get my android auto to work they took time to come out and help me. Overall great team.
