Mike is the absolute worst therapist I have ever been too, and I've been in therapy for 45 years. I gave one star because they take insurance and provide free refreshments. My wife and I went to him because he was covered by our insurance. We had been going to an out of network counselor for approximately two years. That therapist gave us assignments, worksheets and general inspiration on keeping a family together. Trish is a wonderful therapist who helped me weekly for several months. She was truly a light in one of the darkest periods of my life, dealing with a second miscarriage, addiction recovery ending seven years of regular alcohol abuse, depression, anxiety, a lifetime of unaddressed trauma, and being on the brink of suicide.
