I spent over 600$ weeks ago. I haven't received any responses to any of my emails. There is no working number to get ahold of anyone. And I still haven't received my subs. I am one state away! I have never experienced worse customer service. If I could get my money back I would buy from someone else!
I previously wrote an awful review, turns out I'm just a dummy. Like, super duper dummy. While I still have yet to receive a response from my multiple inquiries, the problem I was having turned out to not be such a big deal. Soooooo, they're good(albeit a little slow on responses), and I'm an idiot.

The 15" FI Q series I baught was a beast...coil ended up frying on me but I was pleased with quality. I on the other hand am pist because I have contacted this company about 6 time to get my FI Q reconed and can not get the company to email me back at all...customer service is non existant
I had a Fi SSD it was shipped to me 3 years ago and still works and looks flawless to this day. Fi ships their subs in boxes that are more secure than chase bank so no need to worry about it getting banged up. In a local audio group a seller was selling a Fi BL for next to nothing. So we had to buy it. I don't know how one single speaker can sound good. The Fi SSD sounded good but nothing compared to that BL mf'er.
