I bought a fully loaded Fi BL 15 almost 4 years ago and it has been put through intense abuse without failure. Looking to replace it soon with an SP4 18.
I'm came here from Washington state & I wasn't dissapointed. I got to meet the owner, got a tour of the warehouse, and even got a couple free shirts too^_^
Sent in my 15 inch FI sp4 that I payed 600$ for for a tinsel lead warranty fix. Sent it in and they said it was ready for inspection and will get back to me. 1 month went by and I contacted them, apparently they have no idea who I am and they don't have the subwoofer I'm talking about. This goes back and forth for a few months, finally I contact better business beuro sadly they ended up not being able to help just gave them a bad check mark. So I'm out a subwoofer. My son placed an order in July and still has not received it due to delivery issues of some sort. I never had a delivery note that an attempted delivery was made to my home so I don't know why the order was never delivered. Next week will be 2 months that you have been paid and I don't have my product. Please contact me.

I have an 12" sp4 powered by an arc audio ks2500.1. I am in the process of installing all of my gear and can't wait to hear this beast. I originally had diamond audio d6 15's and swapped those for some 12" bl's and was really surprised with them. The bl's got down with 1500 watts...can't wait to get the N.7's...FI for life!!!... I just got my N.7 mids today and can't wait to get them installed...build quality, especially for the price is outstanding.
I've had a ssd 12" for the past 4 years and it performs like it did day one. Not a single complaint. They are very helpful with any questions or concerns. Will always come back for upgrading.
I recently purchased a pair of alpha 10's, first set ever made. Got a killer deal on em. Have em in a 3cf box tuned at 33hz they dig deep and get loud. Best subs I have ever owned by far, pretty sure I will never run anything besides Fi audio.
