I recently purchased furniture from FFO and I am happy with the furniture. What I'm not happy about is the take a break vacation scam. After purchasing the furniture we were given a list of states and cities that were available for the take a break vacation. What they failed to mention was that I only had 30 days from purchase date to accept this. What I was told, was that we had 1 year to take the vacation. on 3-12-17 we bought a recliner and 6 weeks later the cushion sunk in on the right side we even bought a warranty the repair finally came today to fix it they wouldn't replace it it has already sunk in again. I weigh 120 lbs this is nonsense who can I contact I will bring all the paperwork
