I was looking for a very specific recliner for my home. I found a recliner that "checked all the boxes" to meet what i needed. i didn't purchase it that day and when i returned to buy it, the store had closed due to covid-19. Upon reopening, I was there. Brian, the store manager, supported a paper I brought in with all the recliner's pre-civil sale price. Thank you Brian and staff, I'm very pleased. I will shop again at FFO on Roger's Avenue. I have contacted them twice about getting an invoice emailed to me to finish my insurance claim on the couch they sold me because apparently I bought insurance which doesn’t have WHAT I HAVE INSURANCE ON on the policy.... both times I’ve called they have said they would get it emailed and both time I’ve received nothin. Purchased a bedroom suite. Had it delivered on August 10th, called my salesperson the same day of delivery with issues. Said I had to call service. I have called Service approximately 8 times and have spoken with different people at the store approximately 10 times. No one can seem to help me. We have spoke to our VP of Merchandising, who looked at Ms. G****'s pictures and determined this is how the furniture does look. When I gave this information to her she said her salesperson told her the new boxed furniture will not look like the floor model. This is incorrect. Each piece is different. The oil puddle was made by the third party delivery svc, who we have been notified has been taken care of.
I was lied to when I purchased a bed and mattress from this company. I was told that I could do 90 days same as cash, just like the last furniture company I had purchased from. When I called to get this set up I was told that they did not know who told me this because they DO NOT DO 90 days. I am not stupid and I had my son with me who heard the same thing. this place is a joke i have only had my furniture 5 months and since a week after i had it started having problems with it here it is 5 months later and they still haven't fixed the problem and i will never buy anything else from them again

I would never buy a warranty from FFO again. We bought a leather recliner last year and also bought the warranty. The color completely wore off where your head touched the recliner. I went to talk to the manager, Brandon, and he said he would take care of it. He supposedly ordered the material which took a very long time. When it came, we set a time for the recliner to be fixed. Purchased a recliner 2017 with the extra warranty. The store has sent a repairman out twice to fix the arm and this is the third time it broke. Called the store, told to call the FHP warranty people. They made a claim for me to received a new recliner in June 2019. Called the store twice got the run around. Third time a manager took the information and is to get back with me. They are very hard to work with. Furniture is overpriced especially for what you get. The furniture you get falls apart not very long after you get it. I have had my furniture less than six months and I've had to call customer service multiple times.
I bought living room furniture , couch , loveseat, chair and ottom from FFO Russllevile Ar I've had it it for 3 months and started coming apart at seams . I was told it was leather and a name brand Jackson furniture .
