I had a really great experience at FFO Home in Springfield, MO. The salesperson was friendly and was not pushy. I financed my stuff through their no credit needed financing and got really good deals on all my furniture. Professional and really good at finding stuff that was perfect for me.

Still waiting to hear from management about what to do about the half of the recliner I purchased that flew out of the back of my truck due to being improperly tied down by store staff. I've been waiting almost a week.

I purchased 3 items from FFO with their extra warranty. My warranty says "if they can not fix the issue we will give you a new product". I have been trying to use my warranty now for 5 months and keep getting the run around! I paid for it EXTRA by the way! Here I am 5 months later getting the worst customer service, still my furniture is not fixed, and no goal ( time frame) for if or when.

Very sorry they told me they would deliver but 2 months later not delivered. But the financial place I used keep calling me for there payment why pay for something I not ever had in my house yet.

Almost three years ago my husband and I bought a living room suit from FFO in Springdale, AR. I was told at the time of purchase that if we spent over 1500.00 the would never be any interest added to our payment. I was also told that as long as I made the minimum monthly payment that it would be paid off completely in two years. Needless to say I am now in my 3rd year of payments and still owe 2300.00. Ordered a queen bed set, sofa, love seat, TV stand, and Table with chairs and got received a great discount. FFO held onto the furniture for half a month until I was ready to load the moving truck. They helped load all of the furniture into the truck. I really enjoyed working with Debbie at the Columbia, Missouri FFO and would highly recommend her and her team!

FFO has an amazing staff who provides great service and products. I have a queen mattress from there for a couple of months with an adjustable base that is the best bed I could ever ask for. I'm grateful to have found FFO.

Very great experience! Caleb was very helpful without being pushy in any way and very knowledgeable about the products as well. We're so glad we are now customers at FFO!!
