Dylan at the Terre Haute IN location was exceptional. Great customer service, worked with us he was great!! Would highly recommend, very pleased with care we received!!

I will never shop at your store ever again. We purchased two sofas. The sales people were not the friendliest when my wife and I were in the store. When the furniture was delivered the one delivery person gave our pride flag a dirty look, yes this is a lesbian household, and he was never friendly. The failure to inspect items during delivery has been addressed with the delivery team. Here at American Freight, we take any allegations of discrimination very seriously and your feedback regarding that issue has been escalated per our policy.
Made an online purchase for delivery. Lamar in sales called and said they didn't have delivery option available and they would discount $50 to pick up. I agreed and when I got the invoice it didn't reflect that. I called Lamar and he insisted it would be deducted when picking up. I arrived to pick up and they didn't honor the $50 off to rent a uhaul. He flat out lied to me twice.
