Same as Cody said below. They take orders and give you ship dates...then routinely fail to deliver as promised. Ironically, they always blame someone else for their failure to do what they say they will do. This is three years in a row that this has happened. Terrible company, extremely poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and find another vendor.
