False promises! have been a member for over 10 years never regretted supporting a business as much as I do with FFC. Joining fees are dumb and the fact that they lied about rejoining without a fee after traveling out of the country for work makes me wish I never joined them in the first place. What is losing $120 joining fee to honor your promises and keep a long loyal customer. Dumb management. Lost my $2400 a year to try and get $120 in fees. Not a very smart business decision.
