My review is overdue, but I had Rick and Ray come out and do an Energy Assessment back in February, including adjustments to make my home more efficient. Both Rick and Ray were extremely professional, courteous, thorough and informative. Cannot recommend them enough.

I would recommend this company. Very professional and confirmed appointment and also called to ask if they could come early. John the technician showed up and was very professional. Walked him through the work that I wanted done. He went out to his truck and showed me the quote. Called the office to see if he could do it today and he did. Fixed my toilet issue, replaced my garbage disposal and faucet on the sink. Also snaked the kitchen drain since there was a clog. June 2026 Update: Hitchcock's Kevin Perez just completed the tune up for my A/C unit, and I couldn't be happier with his professionalism and commitment to completing the job correctly. He was a delight to speak with, pleasant, funny and upbeat - very comfortable and welcome in my home. I will be requesting him for all future appointments. Great Asset, Hitchcock - keep him happy!
