Our Hitchcock plumbing technician John was very professional and knowledgeable as well as pleasant and polite.
They installed solar on our house. The install went smooth with no issues. They were friendly and great to work with.
They helped me in the clutch !! Awesome company. Dorian was great. I will only be using this company going forward.
I would not recommend this company. They don't show up when they are supposed to. They don't follow up. They are very disorganized. Before I learned that, I signed up for $10,000 of services in November. They completed part of the services and did a good job. Because they showed up late, they were not able to complete the services that day as they had expected. They were going to set up a time to come back. Have been dealing with Marlis Lovelace through EnergySage for a ground mount solar system. I repeatedly stated that I only want a seasonally adjustable ground mount system however she continually fights me and says she wants to "educate" me on why a fixed system is best. Sorry, no, it isn't. There is a 30* difference between summer and winter. This is my money and I want what I want. For an $80k+ system I will get what I want.
