As an owner of one of these homes I can fairly say the build quality of these homes is subpar for the price. They will avoid standing by their product and craftsmanship at every chance possible. Buy from another builder that cares about the product they produce.
Camie has been amazing to work with she is super professional, responsive, kind and knowledgeable. Trumark builds a quality home and we're very impressed with how smooth the build/contract process has been so far.
