Made an appointment and yet had to wait for an hour even with just 2 patients waiting only to be advised by Doc that she ain't gonna do anything and asking me to go and see my family Dr. who is away for the time. I would have appreciated if she had listened to my concern.

Dr. Ajayi was our family physician. I’m a teenage girl, and from the beginning of our interactions, I experienced what I perceived as a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude during appointments. On one occasion, I was trying to translate for my brother because he has limited English proficiency. The doctor interrupted and insisted that he answer questions on his own. Fantastic clinic. Highly recommend. The front desk staff are so kind and very accommodating. Dr. Ghaly is a gem of a person. He listens to his patients, and always finds the best solution for every problem. He’s absolutely fantastic with our kids. They love going to see him.
