I had to have the transmission replaced on my Highlander. Ferris did a very nice job with it. The job went a lot harder for them due to issues with disassembly that caused it to take a lot more time than they estimated. Despite that, they stuck to their estimate and did not pass the delays on to me with cost runovers. They also kept us in a nice loaner car for the duration. Always great service
I was having issues with a warning in the app, and needed an oil change. Ferris service explained the warning message, did the service and advised and replaced wipers. Unfortunately, I still have the warning message on the app.
Fast friendly staff and service.
