The problem isn't with the customer service or the attention from the doctors and secretaries. The problem is that the medical appointment had a cost, and then the delivery and return of the device you take home has an additional cost equal to the consultation fee. I understand the $25 deposit, but I don't agree with having to pay the same amount twice to pick up and return the device you take home. I think it's outrageous.
