In November of 2023 my son had surgery and I ordered propane. I was told the delivery would be there within 3 days which would have been before his surgery. I went back and forth with them over 3 weeks and after talking with 4 supervisors I finally got the delivery. I was promised so many extra gallons, when I got said gallons I got a bill for overage. How can I be charged for overage, I paid for exactly the amount I wanted. I got promised extra, so why should I have gotten a bill for it.
Great service, very friendly delivery man, delivered when they said. Great company to deal with.
It just takes so long after u put in ur order & the gas has gotten so high. Other than this they are pretty good company, friendly people.
Highly not recommend, we've placed an order in January 5, 2024, it is already March 11, 2024 and we have not received the tank. We have been patient with our tank delivery and we have given them several chances to call us back but until now we have not received anything. We've also requested to get a refund instead only to be pushed aside and told that we will get a call back and of course they did not call back. Placed an order jan 3rd, still have not recieved delivery. Was informed that my the driver stated my driveway was to muddy to deliver yesterday. We have clear line of sight for 1 mile of the only road in to the property and no ferrelgas delivery trucks have been down the road in over 6 months.
