First time customer. There was a screw up when I ordered and was double billed. Called several times and was told that they would issue a credit. It never happened and finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and then magically the same day the credit appeared. Their excuse was that the credit could not be issued until the gas was delivered which is total BS!

This is my first time working with Ferrell Gas and they were outstanding from my first phone call to delivery. Everything was on-time and very professional.

Horrible Propane Service.... I have been a customer almost 5 years. There is never anyone to talk to for help, propane is NEVER delivered on time, it's weeks after, and they DO NOT CARE. When you use their "help" you get no response or just excuses. See most recent screen shot... I ordered and PAID for propane on Jan 24th... it is now Feb 9th...no gas...no help...and no answer when I call
