Horrible Propane Service.... I have been a customer almost 5 years. There is never anyone to talk to for help, propane is NEVER delivered on time, it's weeks after, and they DO NOT CARE. When you use their "help" you get no response or just excuses. See most recent screen shot... I ordered and PAID for propane on Jan 24th... it is now Feb 9th...no gas...no help...and no answer when I call
Just moved to Tennessee and built a house. New propane tank and lines had to be installed. The technician that came onsite in August was Tim. He was full of good information and a good reference to get issues from builder corrected. All of my interactions with him and the company he referred me to have been great. Ferrell gas can’t deliver in a timely manner. This has happened several times. Over and over they reschedule the delivery time until we’re so low we’re don’t dare use it for heat. We primarily heat with wood now due to the high cost of propane but when our wood stove malfunctioned we couldn’t use the furnace as propane was so low and one time they kept rescheduling and delaying our delivery for nearly a month.
