I have lived in my home since 2003. I have used propane from the same company> Ferrellgas took over the business many years ago and they have always treated me right always on time for fill up with out asking i love the program they have set up. My driver is always courteous.
Ferrell is a good company to deal with. They answer any questions promptly. Highly recommend.
I had my tank mive so there would be no problem for deliveries. I ran about 700 feet of gas line and buried the line with the tracer wire.when it came time for leak test my system pass but when you leave the tank at the top of the hill on you will always have pressure and impossible to detect a leak and after we starting smelling gas half way up the hill found a major leak so i called in and fixed it the next day, checked it myself good to go waited forthem to come and check it and remove the red tag so they did and finally ... read more
This is my first time using Propane and my driver (Jeremy B) was so patient and explained everything to me and answered ALL of my questions. Great customer service!!!!!
