As a gas customer, your service is horrible! No one at your company can explain why it takes 10 days to fill our tank. Our tank is at 0% and you were told that, but your delivery date never changes. I was told I could expedite the delivery but you charge $150 extra for that scam. If it takes you 10 days to deliver gas, you should not hold your customers hostage but rather increase your staff to keep up with demand, or quit taking on clients and allow us to go with a better company! Ferrellgas’s provides excellent customer support. They show up earlier than their scheduled delivery date. Love the fact that you can order propane deliveries online. I’m very satisfied with the services provided.
Have used Ferrellgas for many years now. They have the best price per gallon by far, compared to any other propane company out there! The drivers are always professional, efficient and very conscientious when entering my property for their monthly fill.
Your company just charged me $3.80/gallon for propane. Kamps is currently charging $2.59/gallon. When I called you about it, I was told I was getting the Farm Bureau discount I said I want the normal price then... Why don't you like farmers? You're a rip off company and will be dropping you next time I need propane. Shame on you for screwing farmers and the elderly.
