I got into an accident with one of Ferrellgas' propane driver last year in a community north of the Miramar office location. The driver was highly unaware of the double left turn lanes and ended up driving into my car and side swiping me to the point where I ended up on the curb. Excellent customer service. Customer service on the line listens and understands what I’m trying to say. And in the end it all works out.
Technician was great! Got my new service all set up and very friendly. He even made friends with my dog who is afraid of strangers!
When I call for delivery, the rep is very pleasant & respectful. I like that your order is confirmed by email. Always delivered on time. If I have occasion to be home when delivery is made, the drivers are professional & respectful of my property. Thank you Ferrellgas!
