We had an emergency last night 9/9 with our water heater. The valve went bad and needed replacing which we only noticed when our garage started to flood. We were able to call at 7:30pm on a Friday evening, spoke with an extremely friendly and helpful receptionist, and get Wes out to fix the problem. Wes arrived within the hour! I have used Ferrari Plumbing for about ten years, most recently this afternoon. The reason I continue to use the company for residential plumbing needs is that I am confident that work will be done in high quality manner and that both the plumber (Wes) and his office staff conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner. Wes has fixed small plumbing problems - leaky pipes - and much larger ones - replaced water heaters, sump pumps and the mess that went with a non-working pump. I called with a hot water heater leak on a weekend when I was out of town and only my son was at home. Ferrari sent out a technician within an hour to diagnose the problem and explained to me in clear terms. He was able to provide me with a quote over the phone, enable me to make payment over the phone and had a new hot water heater installed in less than 4 hours, from the initial phone call to hot running water. My new plumbers...Awesome!

Ferrari Plumbing is amazing at what they do. A week ago I had a running toilet and called them, they showed up on time. The technician looked professional and was very nice. He explained to me the problem and fixed the tiolet. I called them again today to fix a gas line for my heater in my garage. Ferrari plumbing have experts working there. The figured out what was wrong and fixed it right away. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
