Ferrari replaced my hot-water heater, a laundry sink and washer hoses. Linda was very helpful explaining why they now carry ******** White rather than ***** I was replacing. Wes explained the details of the installation. He pointed out a few minor code violations which I asked him to repair. Unfortunately, he was working alone that day since they were very busy due to recent rains. But he worked quickly and left my laundry room cleaner than he found it.

On a Sunday morning, we discovered our ejector pump died. Not knowing if we would be able to use ANY of the plumbing in the house, we called Ferrari Plumbing for help. The lady that answered our call explained what the ejector pump is for and we should still be able to use the plumbing upstairs until they could be out Monday morning(the following day). I just wanted to say what a great experience it was to have a real professional do a fabulous job! We had a lot of rain for 4 days straight and I had never had water in my basement before but my sump pump went out after a great many years and Ferrari made me feel confident that they would make everything right. I am a senior and sometimes we are a little apprehensive about repairs and replacements of things that are needed in a house. I thank them for the excellent work especially at a very busy time.

I had Ferrari Plumbing put in a new garbage disposal and a kitchen faucet for me today. He had to replace a valve also under the sink. He did a great job. Everything works great and looks wonderful. I called late afternoon to have a leak repaired. It was not an emergancy and there was no availability. I was told that if there was a cancelation I would get a call. I received a call about 20 minutes later and a plumber arrived 10 minutes after that. There were complications since the pipes were more than 65 years old but the plumber stayed to get the job done right. He left at 9:00 PM and the repair was finished to perfection.
