Stay away from this dealership please. I contacted and received a quick response however, I had to reschedule the appointment for couple of days. I was contacted on the day of the appointment to confirm which I did. As I was getting ready to leave in a few I received a text from the sale rep. telling me that he could not hold the car for that long so it was sold. I was so furious and mad but thanked the guy. Jim Pollack is the man. I had a minor concern after picking up my car he handled. He did what he said which all I ask.
I bought my Alfa Romeo at Ferarri of San Diego, but the guys over there registered my car in the wrong state. Tina helped me sort this out and did all of my registration for me, I didn't have to do anything at all. Talk about beyond and above service! -MT
