Had issues with brakes on my 2012 FF. James Pollack of FoW, as always, had the team work thoroughly to identify the source f. Problem, then resolved it quickly, with timely communication. And picking up the car I discovered it had been cleaned and detailed, and the gas had even been topped off! Great service.

My concours d'elegance ribbon winning Ferrari was returned to me after visiting Ferrari of Washington's service department with someone’s greasy boot marks ALL OVER the driver's side seat and door panel. There was also a sizable dent left in the driver’s side speaker grill (I'm sure the same boot was the culprit). I certainly would NOT recommendend this dealership based on my experience!
Jonathan was very friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable about all of the cars, and I'm glad I got to talk to him. I'm excited to see the way Ferrari is growing as a brand and I'll look forward to doing future business with them!
