I have never had such a stressless car-buying experience. Chariots of Palm Beach is a class act. Fred Roe was our salesman and he is a patient man! After the fact, I realized that some maintenance items needed to be attended to, and without batting an eye, he took care of it. There was never a moment of pressure or unnecessary waiting. He introduced us to Hugh, the owner, and also Hugh's wife. I will always call Chariots first whenever I'm in the market for a car.

Originally, I called 4 dealerships to locate my convertible Benz. After one month, two dealerships had misplaced my name and number. A third dealership had assigned my name to another agent without informing me. I was not happy. However, Fred of Chariots of Palm Beach listen to my request, and followed-up with me. I received a great car, price, and excellent service. This is auto purchasing at it's best.

I just recently purchased a porsche from this dealership an dealt with Fabio Acevedo. He was such a pleasure to deal with and also extremely knowledgeable about Porsches. One of my biggest hang-ups is when a salesman knows nothing about the item/vehicle they are trying to sell. This couldn't have been further from the case. Fabio, a very nice and interesting man used to work for Porsche and was able to provide a lot of incite into the vehicle. He was not pushy or "salesy" in any way. Fred was an exceptional salesman as I bought this auto sight unseen. He went beyond my expectations in reassuring me of the quality of the auto and sent it out for additional testing before I purchased it. Upon receipt of auto it far exceeded his description

I have bought at least 6 cars from Chariots of Palm Beach. I have found them at all times extremely knowledgeable about the cars in stock and very helpful in helping me find a car that fits my needs. In addition they suggested a shipper who did a superior job of getting my Porsche 911 Turbo out to Idaho in a remote location, a car which, by the way, I did not buy from them. Fred was the sales representative I dealt with from the minute he greeted me when I visited the dealership. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable through the whole process.
