We had some minor problems on our return to Tampa from West palm Beach. Fabio personally came to Tampa picked up the car, fixed it to our satisfaction and returned the car back to us.

I was looking for a preowned German auto to replace my 2006 Pontiac GTO. Chariots is well known for there excellent selection of Porsches, and that is why I originally visited the dealership. After Fabio helped me select a Porsche that best fit what i was looking for, we went for a long test drive. I was shopping for a almost new or slightly used BMW and this dealer had two cars that I was interested in purchasing. I made an appointment to see the cars on separate times. Both cars were ready for me to test drive, were immaculate and were in the condition represented. Chris was knowledgeable and friendly. After researching about 10 different SLs I negotiated a deal with Chariots of PB. I found them very easy and straightforward to deal with. I found a very clean very low mileage car which was exactly as described and shown on the website. Picked me up at the airport, offered me a test drive, and i signed the paperwork. Great car, easy transaction, very good price-whats not to like.

I have never before had a better experience with a dealership. Fabio was so accommodating to us given that we had a 2 1/2 hour drive to get to the dealership that he held the car for us so it wouldn't be sold before we could look at it. Fabio was so friendly and knowledgeable about the BMW we looked at and answered all of our questions. From the time we arrived, test drove the car, and ultimately purchased the car (all paperwork completed) only took about 1 1/2 hours which has never before happened to me. I bought a Porche from Chariots of PB in Mar 2013 and couldn't be happier. The dealers I interacted with, especially Fabio, were extremely professional, prompt, honest and immensely helpful in answering all my questions about the car.
