Look Elsewhere, If Possible First, 5-star reviews are probably left by the management team, lol. Especially, if they include the names of the office employees, which the tenants wouldn't know. I've lived in these complexes for about a year and a half, which has spanned 2 different management companies. The first was ok. The current company is careless. Living at Fireside Park Apartments The past almost two years Fireside Park Apartments have been my home. I originally chose these apartments because of the location, pet policy and value. However, I stayed because of the wonderful personnel of Edge management; Robert, Phillip, Janea, Seth and Franco. They have been the most professional, capable and caring team over my stay at Fireside Park Apartments.
Absolutely awful We have moved in here at the beginning of January and will be moving out at the end of June. The roaches are absolutely out of control, we have asked the office to do something about it and nothing has been done. We contacted their management who apparently had no idea this was happening, which I find hard to believe seeing how many reports of roaches they have against them. The apartment has committed fraud against us by implementing a random $1 that we didn't know about and it's been used as an excuse to c... read more
Drama and not worth the rent amount... These apartments are not worth the rent they are asking. The apartments are super small and you get seriously a closet for a kitchen. If you have kids or accidently make the slightest noise you get notes on your door (seriously kids cannot be kids living in these apartments and they expect your children to be seen and not heard). People are constantly leaving their garbage out on their porches and then it ends up all over your property area and you get ticketed for other people being sl... read more
It's ok I guess. Living here these last few years has not been terrible. The rent is cheap, however the kitchen is super small, imagine cooking in a closet. Upon moving in the carpet had stains, the blinds where old and dry rotted. The laundry mat located on the property is expensive considering that you're going to need to take your clothes to be washed again somewhere else. I'm not sure what that smell is that the old machines add to the clothes but it's a cross between old socks and vomite. New management has been working... read more
Fireside Park Apartments This complex has a great location, especially for the price. It's only a mile from Rockville Town Center, which allows just a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars, shopping etc. It's also just a few minutes walk from the Metro. Rockville Pike is only about 5 minutes by car, so you can access your surroundings quickly and easily. The complex has a pool, a picnic area, and a playground for children. Square Village This apartment complex is totally hidden and most residents don't know is here. It's very quiet and peaceful. I love it here and the neighboors are amazing.
Fireside Park 701 Monroe St. Rockville Md, I have lived at Fireside Park for 5 yrs. It's a great place to live everything is in walking distance, such as Rockville Town Center. Good Value! Fireside Park Apartments is a large complex of garden-style apartments conveniently located within walking distance of Rockville Town Center and the Rockville Metro. There are many very good restaurants and shops in the area, both in Rockville Town Center and along Rockville Pike. Beltway access is also very convenient.
