I applied for the apartment got approved within 24 hours.Mary did a great job heping me out. However, once I visit the apartment it was not up to my standards. The apartment was dirty and smelled like piss. The carpet had smoke burns and was dirty. The cabinets were old and unpainted. The stove was not clean. I had an awesome experience today with Mary Wagner, the rental agent at Germantown Apartments on Pulaski Avenue. She gave me an amazing and informative tour while making me feel completely welcome and comfortable in her company. I was especially impressed by how she takes charge in keeping the building clean, well-maintained, and in tip-top shape. Mary was professional, pleasant, and truly made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend working with her!
