I have been here twice in three days and so impressed with the phenomenal service! Seriously these guys are amazing (particularly Gene), but all the guys I came into contact with were seriously so great. I've never had more than a mediocre experience getting my oil changed anywhere but the employees at this location went above and beyond to get my car fixed up for me! I came here to receive an oil change do $29.99 and to replace a light bulb. I left with a broken dipstick that they said they could not fix because they aren't certified mechanics, and they charged me $75.00 for a service I did not request. Do not go to Pennzoil! They lied to me, took advantage of my lack of automobile knowledge and broke something on my vehicle! Avoid this experience by not going here!!
