We had a great experience working with Fernando in the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home. He provided very good guidance and sound advice when we were preparing our condo for selling; we sold the condo in record time for terms we were very pleased with. We had an equally good experience in house hunting - where he listened to our ‘wants’ and ‘needs’ (evident in the properties he showed us). Fernando helped me sell my condo on Capitol Hill and then buy a new one in Northwest. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He is pragmatic, realistic, and fun to work with. He saw things in listings and walk throughs that I never would have noticed. His advice led to my condo selling in three days in a slow market.
