The stuff is rude they hung up the phone before u can even finish asking your question,The doctor doesn't care about kids with disabilities.NONE GO TO HIM
Dr. Fernandez was nice to my son and explained his finding but he is not organized and did not give me all the prescriptions he advised he wrote for my son. I called the office and left 2 messages and 1 week and 1/2 later no one has called me back. You can never get in touch with a live person.
Phone system is voicemail only, no option to speak to a human. Getting a prescription refilled is close to impossible. My child has run out of his rx in the past because this doctor's office could not bother to return a call in a timely manner.
Avoid this Dr. Very unprofessional and his staff lies continuously. They require you to give them self addressed stamped envelopes to send prescriptions. Not that horrible but they do not send.They make up stories and when my wife or I go to pick it up they are rude and make us wait. It is not isolated to us, other parents in the office have same issues.
