SCAMMER, INCOMPETENT. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. There are only 9 reviews on here and all are 5 stars, now I’m realizing they were fake. I contacted Meny Guillén (owner) on 09/02/2023, we agreed he would come by to see the work I needed done in an apartment and give me an estimate on the total costs. My brother is a construction worker so he had completed the demolition of the bathroom and we had already obtained all of the material (sheetrock, tiles, grout, vinyl floors, etc.,) needed for the renovations.
