I used to be in charge of customer service fir a hospital do I know what excellent service looks like! My hygienist was so warm, friendly, empathetic, thorough, and professional! 5 stars all the way!!! I really like the receptionist as well! A very pleasant visit!
Laura did a fabulous cleaning. She really pays attention to detail and is quick and efficient. I bought a sonic toothbrush while there and it is everything Laura said it would be.
My teeth cleaning was painless, even pleasant if that is possible. My hygienist was courteous, cheerful and positive. she diagnosed my tooth "chip" as a lost filling. and counseled me on biting on hard food and utensils. Great Job!

Last year I visited Fernandez Dentistry for extensive repair post trauma and received excellent care from all the staff. This year I returned for a routine checkup and cleaning and experienced the same professionalism, caring attitude and friendliness from the staff. For a routine visit, I was impressed with the thoroughness of the exam. This was the first time I met Laura, the dental hygienist.
