Excellent !!!!
Like many others, this is not my favorite place to go. But, having said that, I appreciate the care and concern shown by Dr Fernandez as well as the staff. Time is taken to make sure the experience is as comfortable as possible. After leaving a great dentist back in NH that I had for many years, I was very apprehensive. I am just so happy that I was able to find such a wonderful and caring practice.
Just as always, my teeth were cleaned extremely well by Maryanne, the Dental Hygienist. Prior to the cleaning process being performed, the standard yearly routine digital X-rays were taken. To perform the teeth cleaning process, she used an ultrasonic cleaning instrument, plus also her hand held tooth scrapers. This was a rather quick and non-painful experience. The staff and Dr. Fernandez are always so polite and personable. It is like visiting with friends while getting your dental,work and maintenance done.
I just completed my third semi-annual teeth cleaning with Maryane along with my annual exam by Dr. Fernandez. Each appointment has been highly professional, friendly, & prompt in a comfortable & clean environment. The overall experience is A+.
I've been going to this same office for at least 15 years, I would guess. I've always been treated kindly, the staff is courteous and professional and very timely. Dr. Fernandez is an outstanding dentist, in my opinion. Always takes his time to explain procedures, genuinely cares about his patients well-being, and makes me feel comfortable every time I've been there. I have total faith in his judgement and total confidence in his abilities. He's the best.
I wouldn't have any other dentist since I've been with you for at least 16 day
