Bought a stihl mm55 from them. Would not run in spring after sitting all winter. So I take in for service. They tell me it will ready in two weeks. After 30 days I go in to store and ask where is my tiller? The guy heads to back to find out what is going on with it. He emerged from the back 25 minutes later to tell me that I need a carb and that is not under warranty which is fine. But it took 30 days and me showing up for them to even look at it.
