I'm so happy with my new gas fireplace - Tim Boals (and Matt) were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. (This was not the case at 2 other stores I visited.) I was on a tight budget, and they worked with me to get the right configuration, then helped coordinate the contractor/inspection process. Despite delays on my side, they were nothing but wonderful to work with, and kept me informed at all times. And they stand behind their work. Awesome job, thank you!!

The drive cable broke on my snowblower. They had one in stock and even put in on for me in the parking lot. That’s SERVICE!

People inside are not very proficient at their job they have a computer but no knowledge three times I have called for parts three times they have not known what I needed or told me it was not made 3 * I was able to call another store and get the part immediately with the same information nice people I guess but I wasn't looking for nice I was looking for a carburetor thanks for nothing

Tim was super helpful in selecting a new chainsaw to use on our property. Explained the pros and cons of different models and price points without any upsell. Went home with a new Stihl and couldn't be happier.

Each time I visit Ferguson's lawn equipment, I am more than satisfied with the service. On two of my visits, there was only one customer before me, but yet Tim Boals would still quickly get up from his desk (whether he was working at his desk or with an employee) and try to help me. On one occasion, Tim repaired my lawn mower within a few minutes which saved me a return trip. Thank you Ferguson's for your superb service!

A huge Thank You to Ferguson's Lawn Equipment for taking care of my Snapper riding mower this morning. I called, talked to Tim and we couldn't figure out it's problem so we scheduled them to pick it up this morning to take to the shop and have it looked at. A young man came this morning as planned to take it in but before he loaded it up Rick had a look at it.........all fixed in less then 10 minutes tops. Just a simple brake issue. Saved me money (no charge), and both of us lots of time. Cut my 5 acres today and very happy.... read more

Had a good knowledgable sales person. They were easy to work with, decent prices and went above and beyond to help me out when I realized our new lawn tractor was too big for our trailer. We will be repeat customers!
