Dr. Ferguson is such a fantastic dentist! He has really helped me with all my dental needs and always has a warm and friendly vibe. Plus, his staff is incredibly efficient and professional, making every visit a pleasant experience!
Very kind and very patient staff. Wonderful bedside manner. However…. Horribly incompetent. I come in for an emergency appointment through the on-call emerg dentistry services for extreme sensitivity and pain due to grinding and chipping front teeth. I ask what this pain might be caused by. Chip exposing dentin? Crack exposing nerve? Pulpitis? Exposed root due to gum recession? They didn’t even perform an exam.
